Love is a funny thing. We spend most of our lives chasing it, constantly questioning its validity, sometimes not actually knowing when we have it, or how it’s even supposed to really feel…Then when “it” happens – it just fits perfectly like it’s been there all along. There’s no need to analyze or fear it, because it’s right. And that’s the best feeling in the world…even if it doesn’t last forever. Makes you really appreciate life’s more precious moments.

When it comes to relationships, I’m like the female version of John Cusack during his John Hughes years. A slightly awkward, horribly endearing romantic with an affinity for muscle cars and one hell of a knack for making mix tapes. While these aren’t necessarily resume-quality features for a girl who “brings more boys to the yard” … Sometimes, something clicks and the universe delivers.
